Chords & Voicings

Jazz Piano Mentor will help you develop a process and a system for learning chords and voicings that will allow you to be creative, and feel free while playing.

Jazz Arpeggios

A lot of jazz instruction tends to focus on learning scales for improvisation. One of the problems with this is that approaching improvisation with scales only, often leads to your improvising sounding like you're just running scales up and down the piano. Learning scales is important for many reasons. However, learning jazz arpeggios will improve your improvisation in a shorter amount of time, and bring enjoyment when practicing them. Jazz Piano Mentor will teach you how to play jazz arpeggios allowing you to immediately start improvising and sounding great.

Jazz Scales

It can be an overwhelming task trying to learn all the jazz scales and modes. In can be even more overwhelming trying recall the scales and make them sound musical when improvising. Jazz Piano Mentor teaches scales to develop jazz piano technique, and so you know what chord tone colors you have available when you improvise.
